As project manager for the 997 OG Mismatch campaign, support was provided across multiple phases of execution — from pre-production planning to final asset delivery. Responsibilities included managing timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring all deliverables were on track across creative, marketing, and product. Coordination between internal departments and external vendors was key to maintaining momentum, especially given the layered storytelling and heritage nods embedded in the campaign. Clear communication and daily touchpoints helped keep the rollout moving efficiently while staying true to the brand’s standards.
In addition to project management, creative support was provided throughout the development of the campaign narrative and visual direction. This included working closely with the production and design teams on lookbook concepts, styling cues, and shoot-day logistics, as well as reviewing edits and layouts for final approval. Ensuring consistency across touchpoints — from digital rollout to in-store presentation — was a core priority, helping to highlight the legacy of the 997 silhouette while introducing the mismatch design in a fresh and culturally relevant way.
